Poncey-Highland is a vibrant intown neighborhood in Atlanta, GA located two miles northeast of downtown Atlanta, just south of Ponce de Leon Ave.

Nestled in the middle of many dynamic intown neighborhoods, Poncey-Highland is rich in the amenities of urban living such as great restaurants, cool shops and galleries, lively sidewalk activity, great schools, easy access to interstates and transit, and a variety of housing options including historic and new single family homes, condominiums, and apartments

Freedom Park

Freedom Park is one of Poncey-Highland’s outstanding assets, offering accessible and ample greenspace,  giving residents the best of what urban living can provide combined with access to serene open land for relaxation and exercise. Freedom Park is a true artery that connects the great surrounding neighborhoods to each other, and to incredible amenities such as the Atlanta BeltLine’s Eastside Trail, The Carter Center, Little Five Points, and Ponce City Market.

Atlanta Beltline

Poncey-Highland’s entire Western edge borders the Atlanta BeltLine’s Eastside Trail, extending from Ponce City Market to the Historic Fourth Ward Park/Sake Park. The Eastside Trail extends from Piedmont Park, through Ponce City Market, and down to the Krog Street Market, with Poncey-Highland directly in between. This makes for a ditch your car and do more than you could image, kind of situation.
