The Poncey-Highland Neighborhood Association is organized to bind together the Poncey-Highland neighborhood because we believe that this neighborhood is one of the finest areas in our city for urban living. We further affirm our strong belief in the ideal of self-government and believe that every resident of our neighborhood should be allowed the opportunity to participate in the decision-making and governing policies affecting the neighborhood.
